Founder, Jasmine Thompson, wanted to open a business that would empower and connect people. Being an entrepreneur and an Asian American woman has given her the platform to speak upon her visions and her American Dream as she opens her businesses and brings change to the town around her. Cafe Sofrito was born out of the community and togetherness that Jasmine wants to see in the world around her.
